PROJECTS
1930's Detached House
Sheffield
This 1930s detached property had seen better days, with cracked and weathered render affecting both appearance and protection. Using spray cork finishing, the exterior was fully restored with a breathable, long-lasting solution built for modern performance.
Take a look at the video, where Ben walks through the project and explains the transformation in detail.

Internal
Plastering
This internal plastering project involved restoring damaged walls and ceilings affected by cracked and blown plaster. All defective material was removed back to a solid substrate, followed by the application of a suitable primer to ensure strong adhesion.
A bonding coat was applied to level the surfaces, with Gypbond used throughout to enhance performance. Internal angles were reinforced with fibre tape to minimise future cracking, and new beads were installed to all reveals for sharp, clean lines.
The work was completed with a two-coat skim finish, delivering a smooth, seamless surface ready for decoration.

Garage
Transformation
This project involved the transformation of an old detached garage into a modern, functional living space, with a strong focus on quality and durability.
Externally, all surfaces were levelled to achieve a clean, symmetrical finish. New uPVC angle beads were installed to all external corners, along with a drip bead to ensure effective water management.
The existing brickwork was primed to ensure proper adhesion, followed by a two-coat base render system, reinforced with mesh to provide strength and prevent cracking. This created a smooth, even surface ready for the final finish.
A brick slip system was then applied, delivering the appearance of traditional brickwork in line with the client’s requirements, while benefiting from a modern, long-lasting construction method.
